In recent months and years, we have increasingly experienced the benefits and opportunities, but also the challenges of the digital workplace and collaboration. Lack of planning, skills or strategies, and insufficient awareness in the digital workday can have negative effects in the short and long term: on well-being, mental and psychological health, and performance.
Studies have identified 4 main stress factors in digital work or work from home / everywhere: Lack of separation between private and professional life, Lack of structure in everyday life, Social isolation or disfunctions in team cohesion, Difficulties or excessive demands due to the use of digital tools.
The 4 main stress factors have physiological and psychological as well as organizational consequences:
Decreased productivity, efficiency and ability to concentrate, lowered quality of deep sleep, increased frequency of mood swings.
Decreased job satisfaction, ability to work, commitment to employer and loyalty to employer
Our modular toolbox supports employees and managers in directly addressing the stress factors and consequences of digital work with pragmatic, implementable solutions.
The offerings can be provided both as a complete GiDA learning journey for employees and/or managers and individually as needed.

How does stress manifest itself to you? How do you express that you are stressed? Who/what triggers stress for you? How do you deal with stress?
